About Me
A MEMBER of the Dormehl Phalane Musgrave team of property practitioners since January 2022, Verulam-born Nirvana Kasichand has considerable experience in real estate, having started out with Pam Golding Properties, also working the Musgrave area, in 2006. She made her first property sale within a month of starting.
Nirvana went on to work with Soukop Properties until 2013, time in which she acquired multiple awards and became a Diamond Status property practitioner. She then joined Rawson Musgrave in March 2013 until December 2021, when she proved her worth nationally within the first year.
It was thereafter that Nirvana went on to become a valuable member of the Dormehl Phalane Musgrave family, attracted by the strong leadership skills of franchise manager Gordon Swensson.
“I am quite the self-motivated individual. When I find my fit there’s no stopping me. My drive is undeniable,” says this mother of two, who is also a grandmother and lover of cooking, dancing and interacting with children and the elderly.
Nirvana has her NQF4 and NQF5 qualifications. Her many achievements in property have included being named Rookie Agent of the Year when she first joined the industry. She has also won a beach getaway trip for achieving the most sole mandates over a six-month period.
Nirvana is not new to prizes – outside of real estate she won a R10 000 Dulux voucher from a TV show competition (Win a Home) and has also won a helicopter ride through the East Coast Radio Big Walk event.
