3. MEALS - Each owner OR occupier will need to take a minimum of 15 meals a month from the communal dining hall / in house kitchen. The cost being R900 per person for the (15) meals. (That’s just R60 for a lunch or breakfast of your choice). Pudding & soup starters just R5 each. Visitors' meals R76 per meal. Helpers' meal R44 per meal. For those still working.
