Three bedrooms, all carpeted and BIC's are down the passage with a separate guest loo and one full bathroom.
Pets(dogs) are not allowed, a cat will be considered and so will birds.
Prepaid electricity meter.
Water is included in the rental.
Garden maintenance is for the tenants account.
This includes cutting of grass regularly and flower bed maintenance, creeper maintenance etc.
Should you wish the garden to be maintained for you, an additional R600.00 will be charged along with the rental each month.
The Tenant has the use of the wifi dish already installed, and Tenant is required to open up their own account and provide their own router.
