The kitchen has a single bowl kitchen sink, fridge, microwave, under counter oven and hob with extractor fan, washing macine plus all utensils and equipment necessary to self cater for two people. The lounge area has a modern sofa where one can relax with a good book, or watch TV. . No DSTV please supply your own decoder. Our property is accessed by two gates. Both gates can only be accessed via remote control only.

There is another home on the property, as well as the driveway being used by the family so the driveway and gate access is strictly for residents only.

The apartment can be cleaned on a regular basis if needed and can be arranged, however this will be for the tenants cost. You are expected to ensure it is tidy and kept clean at all times.
