A FATHER of two, Umlazi-born Mnqobi Ngubane has been passionate about property from his first day with Dormehl Phalane Musgrave, where his cheerful dispossession, keen sense of humour and readiness to assist anyone with anything has made him popular with both clients and peers. Having attended Umbilo FET College, this soccer and music fan has his N4 in Electrical Engineering, but his excitement over real estate led him to instead join the world of property in June 2023. He strongly believes that a good property practitioner needs to be transparent, hardworking and have integrity and believes he ticks all those boxes.
